  Most posting here allege their sites are hosted here but at least 30 % are not hosted here. I don’t ask that question. I always check to determine exactly where each one is hosted.

  That site is not hosted by wordprerss.COM and we do not provide support for it. Support for that site is found at wordpress.ORG. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   If you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting and you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

  That site is not hosted by wordprerss.COM was meant to be wordpress.COM
