  You’ve reached the support forum for free sites hosted at WordPress.com. Was the site definitely hosted here? What is the full address.

  Hi @pipesandrews – I noticed the email you provided has the URL a1plumbingandac.com.

  That domain is registered with GoDaddy.

  I visited that URL and noticed it forwards to a site here on WordPress.com: https://a1plumbingandac.wordpress.com/

  Because the site you created here is only about 5 days old, it would appear that in a pinch you have created a free site on WordPress.com and forwarded your domain from GoDaddy to WordPress.com so that your business can still have a presence online.

  I’m not sure where your original site was hosted. In many cases if the domain is with GoDaddy the (WordPress) website is as well. Is there anything more we can try to help you with from here?
