hey so I have wordpress with hostinger, im trying to make a new website on wordpress without using my domain and host because they are on a different host so how would I be able to create it without transfering and knocking my old site down??

To create your WordPress.com site, simply go to https://wordpress.com/start and pick a domain. The site will be separate from your existing site.

Well I know that I’m just saying how can I use the same domain after without connecting the DNS right now! Basically just creating how the site looks like!

When you create a site here, we’ll give you a free subdomain to build it under, like you have with https://oliveiramatthews.wordpress.com
You won’t need to add your custom domain until you’re ready for it.
When it’s time, we have two options to add a domain you already own to a WordPress.com site:
Mapping allows you to keep the domain registered with your current domain registrar and direct it to your WordPress.com site: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/
A transfer would allow to manage both your site and domain from the same place: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/
