  Hello and thank you for your time.
  I have created my website and upgraded to the business plan. However, its no where to be found when I log in to WordPress. I have access to edit the site but I must go to the website and click edit. Can you please let me know where I went wrong.

  Hello there,

  Can you confirm that you are logged into the correct account that has the upgraded site? You probably have two WordPress accounts.
