    We are in the process of trying to recover a website that was built on WordPress and then hosted on a remote server. That server no longer exists. We are attempting to move the site to AWS. The AWS team is recommending we do the following, ‘First, on the dashboard for your existing WordPress site, we should be able to go to “Tools” and then “Export” to download a ZIP file that includes an XML file of your WordPress site. Then, we should be able to use this process to increase the file size limit on Lightsail for importing that XML file.’ however, when I attempt to log in I get a message there is no account associated with that email address.

    It sounds like y’all need to regain access to the proper account before you can export the content. Are you trying to export claibornecountytn.gov or a different site?
