Website help. how to restore

  Hi there, I was trying to help out a client as I have abit of experience with wordpress. but someone else made the website. Sometimes its abit hard changing certain things when I didn’t build it. They are using the Beautyspot theme. I messed up the child theme somehow. And was trying to restore the child theme and somehow messed up the layout of the parent one too. I am trying to figure out is there anyway to restore it how it was?
  I don’t have access to the ftp server.

  That’s the URl. I was trying to restore the child theme but copying and pasting some code from the parent theme. But I made a mistake and didn’t rename the code. So it seemed to have caused conflict and messed up the parent one as well
