  I’d like to add more features than just text and images to my WordPress site (boxes around the text, embedding videos), ect. What is the best way to do this? Are their sites that with the html as a template? Should I start a new website?

  Hi @ppccfabmarketing – You can embed YouTube Videos by following these instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/youtube/
  If you want to host the original video on your site, you would need to upgrade your plan to Premium and utilize Video Press.

  Not all themes support different types of Post Formats, you would need to check your theme documentation.
  There are also shortcodes available to you for use on your WordPress.com site. A full list of shorcodes is found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/category/shortcodes/

  Please share your site address here.

  You should find the specific instructions for your theme by adding your theme name to the end of this link http://wordpress.com/themes/yourtheme

  Not all themes support the post slider.
