  Hi,

  Do all your plans (or at least the paid ones) offer hosting features such as backup, email, CDN and SSL? If yes, are these already included in the available plans?

  For backups, only Business and eCommerce plans include it:

  Thank you! That was very helpful!
  Also, how much can we edit an existing template?
  I’m interested in the Canarde theme but i would like to add a slideshow/slider in the main page. Is that possible?

  Yes, it is possible.

  I clicked on the “customize site” and i only have the options:
  – site identity
  – colours and backgrounds
  – fonts
  – header image
  – menus
  – content options
  – widgets
  -homepage settings
  -features content
  – theme options
  – additional css
  Am i looking at the wrong section?..i dont seem to find the option you mentioned :(

  Follow this:
  – Return to the main dashboard.
  – On your left side, locate “Site” on the main menu and click it.
  – Next, click “Pages”.
  – Then, select “Home” (which is the main page).
  – You will be taken to the WordPress editor for the main page.
  – On your top left corner you will se the WordPress Logo and beside that a + (plus sign), click on the plus sign.
  – The plus sign opens the main menu for the built-in plugins.
  – On the top, you will see the Search bar. Type: Slideshow
  – The built-in plugins menu will display the two options I was talking about: Slideshow and Post Carousel.
