Hi there,
I’ve looked into this, and it appears that the problem is due to the expiration of your WordPress.com hosting plan. This plan expired on January 4, which has caused your domain to be disconnected from your WordPress.com site.
It’s important to note that your domain registration and your hosting plan are two separate things. Your domain registration, which is managed by a different company, is indeed paid up until September 25, 2024. However, the hosting plan with WordPress.com, which keeps your site accessible and online, is a separate service.
To get your website back up and running, you’ll need to purchase a new hosting plan. The plan you were using was the Starter plan (previously known as the Personal plan). You can easily purchase this plan by visiting the following link: https://wordpress.com/plans/
Once you’ve upgraded to a plan, you’ll be able to reconnect your domain by following this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/
If you need any more assistance or have further questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re here to help.
