Website inaccessible

  Hello, my websites and wp admin page I use to edit my website are both inaccessible. Whenever I go to my website’s link, I only see a blank white page and nothing else. I went to my account on the wordpress websites and in the top left corner it says jetpack wasn’t able to connect to my websites. It shows some ways of fixing it such as debugging it or disconnecting from jetpack, but I am not too familiar with Jetpack so I wanted to contact support before I did anything first.

  It seems like your site is not hosted by WordPress.com.
  You are using the self-hosted version of WordPress.
  These forums are dedicated to WordPress com hosted sites.
  You can log your query in the forum link below for self-hosted websites:
