Website Indicates Expired!!!

  Why does my website say expired????? It was renewed months ago! I have customers’ requesting to view our information and it is not there! NOT happy with this at all! I need our website put back active, a reimbursement and an explanation now!

  I do not see a domain URL up there. I see one URL and it is this one for a blog on a .wordpress.com subdomain https://bigmuddyriverschesapeakebayretrievers.wordpress.com/

  We provide support here only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs. I’m sorry but we cannot provide accurate answers to any blogger who fails to provide the exact URL starting with http:// for the exact blog they refer to so we can verify where it is hosted. Please do that now.

  Here is what I see when I visit that domain

  Oh no! This blog’s domain bigmuddyriverscheapeakebayretrievers.com expired 29 days ago!
  Unfortunately you cannot access this blog from bigmuddyriverscheapeakebayretrievers.com any more. This domain name expired on Saturday, November 8, 2014 and will soon be canceled.

  So the first thing to do would be to head to your site’s Dashboard>My Upgrades (while logged in with the username account that purchased those upgrades) and make absolutely certain that you renewed both the domain name and the domain mapping upgrades. If all is in order there, we will tag this for Staff assistance.

  Also, your custom domain name doesn’t always come through when you post in the forums. Supplying that basic information helps us to know if we can help you or not.

  I am absolutely certain that these renewals were made, however I checked per your instruction and yes these renewals were definitely made. August 10th of this year, Ben Huberman confirmed receipt of renewal payment, which I have on record in ]the WordPress.com Forum. My banking establishment also received this transaction, again I have the records. Please tag this for Staff assistance so this issue can be resolved as soon as possible!!

  bigmuddyriverschesapeakebayretrievers.com now comes up for me and no longer has the expired domain overlay that I quoted on the 7th.

  And that is quite odd. The link in the OP’s post that I clicked the first time apparently redirected to the incorrect domain. Huh!

  Actually, looking again at the screenshot I took on the day I originally visited the site, the expired domain overlay appeared on the domain which was renewed. Staff, FYI.
