Hi @willgroebe,
Your site is using the self-hosted version of WordPress, and you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums:https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only :)
You can disable this plugin using file manager, rename the plugin folder name.
Thanks !!!

Thank you.
I will move to the other forum.
You did mention that I can disable the plugin using the file manager to rename the plugin folder name. I have always managed my site through the WordPress admin page, which I can no longer log into. Am I understanding you correctly that I should download WordPress’s file manager plugin and try to fix my website through that plugin?
I’ll give it a shot.

Hi there,
If you have access to your cPanel then you can use cPanel file manager or any other file manager provided by your hosting. You can also use file Zilla or any other FTP tool to access your files.
Thanks!!!!
