Website Infected with Malware

Hi, another website we own http://www.martinsands.com got infected with malware and I can not even log into the wordpress admin to try and remove. Does anyeone know a way to get the original files for the website or are they also infected? This was (before the malware) a nice expensive website so I would hate to lose it all. ANy help or advise is much appreciated. thanks

I’m afraid that, the site you mentioned is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
