website internal clock is not working

  Please help!! My website internal clock and calendar have been stopped. If I log into admin console it is fine, clock is working well. Then if I log-off, go to my website, the clock is not going, it was stopped some time ago. If I refresh the website preferences (under admin rights), then I log off, go to web page, I see day and time was updated. But it is not going further again.
  I use a clock for event calendar and event time countdown timer.

  Sorry but you are in the wrong forum.
