website is always crushing

    Hello! Recently I have purchased the Elementor subscription to work on my online portfolio. Now as it’s done the website is constantly crushing. Beside the fact that I can’t post more that 27 files on the page and no one told me that before I paid for the service, the pages are crushing or downloading so slow that no one would have this much of a time to wait. Before the page is loaded the client is leaving my website. This is not what I am willing to pay for. Please let me know if I can fix this issue or I will have to cancel with a full refund. Thank you!

    Hey there! Can you reach out to Elementor’s support? Assuming you bought the subscription from them, you can get Elementor help here:

    We can also help with site hosted here on our services, but the one you shared here does not have Elementor, and I wasn’t able to find any sites on your account that do have it.

    These forums are for the sites hosted and managed here at WordPress.com, vs. sites using WordPress code with another host. If you’re not sure about your site, send the corrected link, and we can point you in the right direction.
