Website is disconnected, unsupported, or for some reason not working

    When I try to access my site, it says the connection is not secure.

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re not able to access the backend of your site to take a closer look. However, I can try to get you pointed in the right direction.

    A “not secure” message indicates your SSL certificate is not properly configured – the “not secure” just means your website URL is loading under HTTP instead of HTTPS.

    I just checked your site out, and it does redirect to the HTTPS version of your URL, so it sounds like you might have figured it out on your own?
