Website is down

  Hi, our website appears to have disappeared completely. Our web developer is not responding and we have had issues logging in. We managed to log in with our email but it is saying we have no websites. Our web developer isn’t confirming if this was the email attached to the site and we use a username Admin to log in but it’s not recognising it now.

  Please can someone help as a matter of urgency

  The site I need help with is http://www.kimberleygracelashes.co.uk. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

  It looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

  The WordPress.org forums are a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting

  You can also reach out to your host for help with this. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and could also be able to help you here.

  I wasn’t aware it was hosted somewhere else. So I need to contact WordPress.org?

  Hi, it’s not letting me log in to wordpress.org I thinkm the domain is wordpress.com

  Could you check please/

  We are losing a lot of money with it being down we really need help

  How you log in to WordPress.org is entirely separate from how you log into your site and WordPress.com.

  So, if you’ve never posted a support request on WordPress.org before, you’ll need to start by registering for an account there.
