It looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

I checked your site and it is not down at the moment from what I can see. I would reach out to your host if you are having any issues with the site, as it is not hosted with us here on WordPress.com.
