  Hey there,

  I see you started another thread for the same topic, you’ll need to use the WordPress.org forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ going forward. As these forums are only for WordPress.com accounts.

  All that being said, there is a high likelihood the issue is a result of a conflict between the plugin and a theme or plugin on your site. You can see how to disable a plugin without admin access here. If it is a conflict issue, you should be able to access your site once the plugin is disabled. From there you can do a conflict test following the instructions here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/ to see what is causing the conflict.
