  Our website has a 504 Error code. I’m not able to access the site as the administrator either. How can I fix the issue?

  I suspect that you’re using the open-source WordPress.org platform hosted elsewhere. To confirm, what is the URL of the website you’re having trouble with?

  You’ll most likely need to raise a support request with your web hosting provider.

  I believe we are using the open-source WordPress, and we are our own host.

  The 504 error message is from your server. Whoever manages the server will need to inspect the logs and see what they can find. It’s not an issue with WordPress.
