  My website is down. At first it showed ‘critical error.’ Now just a white page comes up. I’ve tried deactivating some of the plugins to no avail. What’s next?

  Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you have trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites hosted on our servers.   staff-blorbo already stated above that you can get support for your site at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ since your site is not hosted on WordPress.com. This is a site using the open-source WordPress software platform.
