    I can’t access the back end of the website nor can my customers access the site as well.

    Hello there,

    There may be an issue with the SSL certificate of the site.

    Also, I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.

    The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

    Your hosting provider may be able to help you with your issues since WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere.
