  I transferred my domain and now my website is down. I can’t access the WP Admin either.

  Hi there!

  We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

  If you just transferred your domain to another domain registrar, you would need to make sure your domain nameservers are still pointing to your WordPress site. Some domain registrars set their own nameservers by default when you transfer a domain to them, so what you had set previously was likely overwritten by your new domain registrar. You would need to log into your account and change them back to your hosting provider’s nameservers for your account.
