Website is down

  Hello,
  my website is down since an hour ago and I cannot diagnose why.

  I was updating some apps from my dashboard (can’t recall which ones, but never caused problems in the past) and few minutes later it become totally unresponsive.

  The domain name is fine (not expired).

  If you could give me ideas on how to diagnose the problem and perhaps reset the apps it would be great.
