  My website is down. When I log in, I can’t find the theme installed nor can i see the pages I built in the theme. I recently had a disgruntled ex-employee contest the charge for our website (she had left her card on autopay for it), the day after I had already canceled the charge on her account and taken her credit card off the account. I was still charged a chargeback fee (which I paid.) But now the hours of design work we did is gone. Can I please get this back up? I can’t believe the only option I have on this is a public forum?
