  Hello there, Beth!

  Is your website a WordPress.com site? Or do you have a self-hosted WordPress.org installation? If the latter, you can find support information for WordPress.org here.

  However, if that your site is a WordPress.com site, there are still a few things we can look into…

  • Does the site show up in your My Sites page?
  • Did you change your theme recently?
  • Did you make any changes to the domain recently

  If none of the above options are helpful to you, and you have a WordPress.com site, you can tag this post with ‘modlook’ (without quotation marks) and a member of the WordPress staff will help you.

  For the past few days my site is down and can’t be accessed on your end.
  I also stop getting status on the site as well.
