We built our website in WP and have been using it for more than a year. Last week something happened and now I can’t log in, the website is all weird.

What’s the URL of the site you are having trouble with?
Have you tried logging in by adding “/wp-admin” after your site URL? Like “yoursite.wordpress.com/wp-admin”? -

When ho URL is provided asking for the site URL up front is always a good plan. Then we can check WHOIS and use who is hosting this to determine what we need to know before responding.I never assume anyone posting here is posting about a site hosted by wordpress.COM. And, that’s because over 10 years of experience answering questions here indicates about 30% of those who post are actually posting to the wrong support forum.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, support docs and support forums, and many people get confused about the two.
