Website is down

  Hi,

  My website is down.
  http://www.stockssavvy.com

  Can you please let me know the reason for it and get it fixed. Checked with hostgator. They asked me to contact my domain registrar.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sorry but you are in the wrong place. These forums are only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forums.
  http://wordpress.org/support/
  or the Hostgator support

  If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you’ll need to register one there.

  I tried there but in order to ask Question I need to login. Not able to login. Tried using forgot Pwd also, But didn’t get any email for password reset.

  I am not sure. It looks like my domain name needs to be renewed on 12th Oct which I missed. My website was working fine till few days back when I checked.

  When i tried today, it gave error and hostgator asked to check it with wordpress.

  If I click on renew the yearly subscription which used to be 18$, it is showing 39$. I am not sure why?

  Second, I am not sure if my content is backed up or if I would get the restore of my website if I pay the amount or would I just get the domain name with last installed settings.

  Please help

  Hi,
  My website is down

  I was told by hostgator team to get the the name servers updated of the domain name.
  Domain Name got expired and its status shows as redemptionPeriod
  I would like to buy back the domain name.
  I have paid the monthly upgradation plan on WordPress.com But still there is no option of updating the name servers in my WordPress.com account.
  Have raised the same query on WordPress.org as well but could not find anything useful.
  Can you please help me how can I get domain name back and get Nameservers updated to get the website up and running again.
