website is down

    My website thegoldilocksquest.com is suddenly down. I am paid up with wordpress and bluehost through July 2017. I can’t tell you the last time I updated anything. It was working fine yesterday. It’s like I don’t exist anymore. I cannot log into the forums as it no longer recognizes my login. On my dashboard, it says I’m under a free plan which I am not and when I click on my ‘Settings’ I get an error stating ‘there was an error retrieving your site settings. make sure your jetpack is up to date’ I cannot even access the tab to update my jetpack. help.

    That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
