Website is down

    I tried to install the facebook pixel plugin and then my website crashed and I just see code when I go to the web address. What do I need to do to fix it?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi @belairecare,

    Your site belairecare.com is using the self-hosted version of WordPress.

    These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only :) https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    Try upgrading your PHP version, contact your host (Godaddy) regarding PHP updating.
    You can disable official-facebook-pixel plugin using file manager, simply go to /wp-content/plugins folder and rename official-facebook-pixel folder to official-facebook-pixel.old. this will deactivate your plugin and you will be able to access your site :) .
