  I can’t login to access our business website. In the top left-hand corner there’s a search screen, with the word pass over it. I’m assuming password but I can’t figure this out. I need my website fixed

  Hi there, you mentioned in your now closed thread oldtownjewels.com However, that site is hosted with GoDaddy and not here on WordPressdotcom. Have you tried contacting your web hosting provider for assistance? If they say this is a WordPress problem, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support where they have more experience with the software you are using.
