  I was changing a theme, installed it then activated it, and everything crashed. Now I can’t assess the website! Please help ASAP

  Sorry that happened to you! You need help for a WordPress powered site, not a site hosted at WordPress.com. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.

  You’ll want to use the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/ for any support on managing your site. Hope that helps to point you in the right direction!
