Website is down

  Hi. Our website is hosted on wordpress.com but it is down. We got the message: ‘There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’ But there has not been an email (I am the admin). Please help!

  Hi –
  The URL is proov.io.
  My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff) but I also checked the other admin (email visible only to moderators and staff) and she didn’t get an email either.
  Note, this broke immediately after backing up the site…so if we can get into the admin we can repair.

  Hi –

  It looks like SOMETHING is fixed (was that you? thank you!) …the site proov.io miraculously came back to life but is redirecting to the URL https://proovdotio.wpcomstaging.com/

  What can we do to get back to our URL?
