  Contact the company you pay to host your site. We provide support only for blogs being hosted WordPress.COM and not for WordPress.ORG software installs. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

  I am hosted by wordpress.com . Anyway, my website works now. I think there was a bug in the system when I tried to load a new ProPhoto template. Thanks for your help.

  Thanks, but they are not at fault. My site (hosted by doteasy), is set up with wordpress.com, and I have no affiliation with wordpress.org. I will end notifications here. Have a good day.

  Very very wrong – you are using WordPress.ORG software “WordPress 3.9.1” with the jetPack Plugin from WordPress.COM
