  Hi, we were updating our website and looking to transfer to a paid plan.

  However during this process, the website (and access to admin site) has gone wrong

  https://wvtech.com.au/wp-admin/

  We are getting this error
  ‘This page isn’t working wvtech.com.au is currently unable to handle this request.
  HTTP ERROR 500’

  Can you please come back to us ASAP

  Hi there!

  I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

  The 500 errors occur usually because of themes/plugin conflicts. However, because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
