  Hello, i got question.
  Our website on WordPress is down, i received email from WordPress for renewal, but i dont see it :( is it possible upload website from backup?
  What can i do for renewal? Because i dont see any website on my WordPress account.

  Hello there,

  Many thanks for that URL.

  It looks like that site is not hosted with WordPress.com, but instead websupport.sk.

  However, on closer inspection, it looks like there’s a WordPress.com A Record ( 192.0.78.25 ) that has been added, which will point the domain to WordPress.com.

  https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/sunmont.sk

  In the first instance, you should probably remove that A Record from the domain, and this would be done via the domain registrar.

  Thank you for info,

  But problem is in renewal, i bought 2 years program at 6.2.2019, but now is expired.
  Last 1,5 year everything runs on WordPress, not websupport.sk
  This is our web: http://sunmont.wordpress.com/
  I need proforma invoice or something, where can i Pay for hosting from WordPress with backup of Sunmont.sk
  Is it possible? Can we fix it?

  I had a look at your account and found a couple of issues. They were all fixed now so you should be able to go straight to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ to renew your plan.

  If needed, you will want to rewind to the latest backup, as explained here:

  https://wordpress.com/support/restore/#restoring-from-a-backup.

  We also deactivated the plugin Filejet Pro as it was breaking the Jetpack connection. If it’s essential for your site, I’d suggest reaching out to its developers.
