Website is down and can’t login either

    Hello! My original account is under (email visible only to moderators and staff). My website is benjaminmaymusic.com. This week, I noticed that the website was down, and instead there was a message saying ‘The site is experiencing technical difficulties.’
    I tried accessing benjaminmaymusic.com/wp-admin (like I normally do) but I go the same message.
    Then, I tried logging in under my (email visible only to moderators and staff) account, first on WordPress.com and then on WordPress.org – and both said that the account didn’t exist!

    Please help!! I have already checked my hosting (Godaddy.com) and everything is working on their end.

    Hi there,

    The site benjaminmaymusic.com appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on GoDaddy Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

    To clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only the ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
