Website Is Down and displays error message

    My website is down and displaying this error message. I’ve never seen this before and don’t know how to fix it.

    Warning: ftp_pwd() expects parameter 1 to be resource, null given in /home/customer/www/thepaintedlines.com/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-ftpext.php on line 230

    Hi there,

    It seems as though your website is using the self-hosted WordPress.org variant and is being hosted with Google Cloud, which means that there is not much we can do here as this forum is for users who are hosting their website with WordPress.com

    Your best option would be to reach out to your hosting provider for help, or to try posting your issue on the WordPress.org forums, where the members there provide assistance with websites that are hosted through other companies that are not WordPress.com.
