Website is down and I don’t know why

    Hi! I am contacting support because my website ‘kazimira.com’, which has worked for a number of years, has stopped working and seemingly disappeared. When I try to go to that domain in google, I get a HTTP ERROR 500 (cannot handle the request) error. I tried logging into my wordpress account and fixing it that way but it does not seem to show any site by that name. Maybe it is in another account, but I doubt it. I checked the domain and that is working, and my host server is successfully pinging and operational. Either way, I would really appreciate your help in diagnosing this problem and hopefully getting it back online. Thank you!

    While your site may be built on WordPress technology, separate from WordPress.com hosting, we specifically support sites built with WordPress technology hosted on WordPress.com. It is a common mistake with WordPress.com and WordPress.org – https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
