website is down, cannot get help

  I can get to website.wordpress.com but my normal site website.org gives me this message. Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain. I did not knowingly change anything. Now when I link to Domains on the left column, and go through the steps, including confirming that my .org site, is my site, it’s charging me a new fee. And we paid and updated our info recently. Is there a way to actually talk to someone about this at WordPress?
