Website is down – HELP!

  Hi,

  My website toplevelgroup.org is down since yesterday and I do not know what to do.

  Can somebody help or provide me with some kind of a check list which I can work through in order to see what the problem might be.

  What is the URL of the blog that it is mapped to here?

  Also, check to make sure your domain mapping has not expired. You can check that at “Store” in your dashboard.

  I have checked on the subscription and the status says “Active”. The domain name is toplevelgroup.org.

  What is the WordPress.com URL, like http://whatever.wordpress.com ? Did you just buy this domain name?

  We have those domains since some time and the website was up and running on Wednesday.

  The domain name is toplevelgroup.wordpress.com. This get’s redirected to the link I posted before. Both of those domains are active.
