  To whom it may concern,

  I have always had slow connection to my website since the day one. I actually compressed the sizes of the images that i have used but it did not help. Today, the website completely down. This is the most important day for me to have my website working perfectly for Black Week.

  Please take an action to fix the problem as soon as possible.
