Website is down need access to DNS

  Please help get our website back up. stpaulsnorthandover.org I contacted Dreamhost, Godaddy, and Wild West domains and all of them said that WordPress is the only one to help. Godaddy said this: ‘WordPress uses GoDaddy as a back ind for domain registration, but we are not involved in any way in customer support or account management. Access to the domain, account management, and billing are all done through the WordPress API. There are processes where WordPress API devs internally for special requests, but this is not something that our customer support has access to.’ Dreamhost said they can fix our account if I or they have access to the DNS. Please help!!
