Website is down, same with my dashboard – HELP!

  The website is blank and has the following message in the middle:

  The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable.
  Please try again later.

  Same thing with my login to my dashboard!

  How can I get human support? The AI support bot says I can only get human tech support if I have a paid plan – which I do – but it doesn’t recognize it.

  I’m the owner of the business. My web manager is unavailable. I can’t follow all the suggestions on the Support Center guides – there are too many options as to what might have happened and I don’t really understand this stuff.

  While I was trying to visit your website, it showed a “Coming Soon” message. Have you resolved this already?
