Website is Down with HTTP error 500

My website is currently down and I’ve only been working on it through the wordpress admin page within the site. I’d like to know how to access the files without going to url/wp-admin so that I can check the files.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Which files are you referring to? An alternative to the WP-Admin dashboard is available at the My Sites interface. To access this administrative area, just click on the “My Site” (or “My Sites” if you have multiple sites in the account) link at the far left of the dark gray menu bar at the top of the page when you’re logged in.
