Website is down with no access

    Our website, http://www.universalhotelsupply.com is down as of yesterday I believe. We do not have access to our website because we used a third party who is suddenly out of business. We need to gain access to the host so we can retrieve website and data.

    When we search for website host, this is what comes up:

    I’m not sure where you found that information, but it is incorrect.

    ICANN (the domain registry authority) has the following for the domain universalhotelsupply.com:

    Registrar: Network Solutions, LLC

    You can search for the same information here: https://lookup.icann.org/lookup

    Also the site is not hosted with WordPress.com, but a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
