Website is gone.

  I created a website a while ago and changed it around for my final project in this class, which is due tomorrow. I went in today to make some final adjustments and it said I could not connect to the site. It said I could disconnect the JetPack plugin. When I did this, my website disappeared. I really need this to be back before tomorrow.

  Hi there,

  That site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, so we’re not able to help with this. The only access we had to your site was through Jetpack, so with Jetpack now disconnected we have no access to your site at all.

  If you no longer have your admin credentials for that site, or they don’t work, please contact the IT department at your school directly for help. To reset the login credentials require access to the site’s database on the server, and only they would have those access.

  General support with the WordPress software you’re using on that site, you can ask the WordPress.org community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
