  I checked the domain and noticed that it was never hosted by us at WordPress.com. That means you used the free WordPress.org software on your site.

  There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

  We help free WordPress.com sites on this forum. But I’ve had a look and your domain appears to be pointed to Google Cloud at the moment. Please contact them because they will know more as the hosting service provider of your site.

  Since it’s not hosted by us, we don’t have any more insights as to the current status of the site.
