  Hello,
  I believe that our subscription has ended and therefore our website was gone. However, we are willing to continue the subscription, but the site itself and all its contents is also gone. Do you think you can help us retrieve it? Even though we were subscribed, our past purchases are also not shown.

  This usually happens when you have another wordpress.com account or when your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform.

  Could you have built a site with the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org and hosted it elsewhere?
