website is gone?

Hi. I have used wordpress for 3 years now with no problems. The other day I logged in and my entire website is just gone. It looks like my domain isn’t even attached anymore. I have no idea what happened. Nothing is expired and everything is current with payments and stuff. I have no idea what happened. It has taken me such a long time to build this up and it’s like someone just came in and deleted the whole thing. When I type in my website (to view it) it says ‘fatal Error’. I have no idea what that means or why that would happen when it was fine a week ago. Please help. I have tried to contact word press with no response. thanks!
